He was born 16 MAR 1883 in Otway, Scioto Co., OH, and died MAR 1944 in Hitterdal, Clay Co., MN. He was buried in Salem Lutheran Church Cemetery.
	Children of Daisy Florence COOK and John Jacob KOENIG are:   2   i. Leslie Warren KOENIG.   3   ii. Myrtle May KOENIG. She married Dan RADECK.   4   iii. Maude KOENIG died 1916.   5   iv. Frank Louis KOENIG was born 21 FEB 1907 in Illinois, and died 15 SEP 1961.   6   v. John Jacob KOENIG was born 4 JUL 1917, and died 10 DEC 1975 in Audubon, Becker Co., MN.
