Note: IRENE M. (HATCH) BEAUPRE BURLINGTON ? Irene M. (Hatch) Beaupre, 70, passed away March 15, 2005, of lung cancer. She was born in Lincoln, Sept. 28, 1934, the daughter of Clayton Carpenter and Grace (Phillips) Hatch. She was married to Charles Beaupre, who predeceased her many years ago. Irene had been a homemaker in Burlington, for most of her life. She loved and enjoyed her many pets, especially ?Bob?, her beloved dog. Mom had a good humor and rarely had unkind words towards anyone. She will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered. She is survived by her sons, Michael Hatch of Georgia, and David Hatch of Charlotte; and daughter, Patricia McKee and very special son-in-law, Dean McKee of Cambridge. She also leaves, and was proud of her four grandchildren; and her many nieces and nephews. She was especially close to her niece, Elizabeth Charland of Huntington, with whom mom enjoyed a trip to Florida in October, and who was always there for mom. She leaves her close friends, Bob, Marsha, and Richard, along with many caring friends. She was predeceased by two sisters, Pauline Martin and Goldie Hatch; and one brother, Paul Hatch. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Home, 85 N. Winooski Ave., Burlington, with interment to follow in New Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 9 until 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Chittenden County, 142 Kindness Court, South Burlington, Vt. 05403; or to the American Cancer Society.
