    Served in the Revolution in both Virginia and North Carolina. Moved to Washington County, NC in 1779.Pension: Enrolled on 24 Jan 1833 (No. S16 624), resident of Madison County, AL. Moved to Madison County, AL (Miss. Territory) in 1806 near New Market. He was first and only judge of Decatur County, an early subdivision of Madison County.
