Our family is like the pieces of material in one of my grandmother's much loved quilts. Some pieces are shiny and new. Some are older and faded. And then more are worn and dim. Join me as I built my Family Quilt. It has been a labor of love.

    You are hereby authorized to celebrate the Rites of Matrimony between J. L.. Willingham and Louisa Cantrell, and this shall be your sufficient authority for doing so.
    Given under my hand and seal, this 7th day of Feby., 1898.

    Sealed with our seals, dated this 7th day of Feby., 1898.
    The condition of the above Obligation is such, That if there be no legal cause to obstruct the marriage of J. L. Willingham and Louisa Cantrell, to whom a license this day has been granted, then to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
